We aim to despatch all UK orders on the same working day providing you place your order before 1pm. Please allow slightly longer on busy periods. Our working week is Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays.
Most orders are sent on a Royal Mail tracked 48hr service (please note: this quoted 48hrs is a guideline issued by Royal Mail and does not mean you will receive your order in that time period - so please allow for sufficient delivery time if you order is urgent).
Larger parcels may be sent via Parcel Force, this will be confirmed upon despatch.
All tracking numbers are sent to you via email or text once despatched providing you have entered your details at checkout.

Brilliant service ordered tyres and tubes went for an upgrade on size for 28mm which caused issues with my pace line dlx guards, so had to invest in some nice new SKS guards not an issue.
I usually use folding tyres, but these are on my commuter bike, ride is nice, they roll well grip is excellent I've been a fan of this brand of tyres for the 30 years.
For the money they are spot on.
I ordered a pairof gear shifters which were not easy ro find elsewhere. They were delivered very quickly. The old shifters changed gear by themselves. The new ones change when I want them to, so riding the bike is now a much more enjoyable experience.
To pick up a 165mm chainset in Ultegra for the price I paid was a bargain. Most shops were over £140 more.Now fingers crossed that it helps with the hip pain.
